About the Role: 

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimisation efforts.

As the SEO Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our website’s visibility in search engine results pages and increase organic traffic. You will work closely, and as part of the SEO team, with cross-functional teams to ensure that all digital content is optimised for search engines and aligns with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and rankings
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content optimisation and creation
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to make data-driven decisions about optimisation and content creation
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all digital content is optimised for search engines and aligned with our overall marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SEO
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO performance metrics to demonstrate progress and identify areas of improvement

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Proficiency in English and either German or Arabic
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving website visibility, traffic, and rankings
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • The ability to manage and lead a team, with a focus on mentorship, growth, and development
  • Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
